1. Acceptance of Terms & Eligibility
By registering an account, accessing, or using the DBorgov Dev platform operated by Dimitar Borgov Service Solutions and its affiliated creative web applications, cloud utilities, and developer services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy.
You must be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use our Services. If you are using the Services on behalf of an entity, organization, or business, you represent that you possess legal authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
2. Accounts & Credential Security
When creating an account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete registration information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Account Security Guidelines:
- Never share your authentication token, session keys, or password with third parties.
- Notify our support team immediately if you suspect unauthorized access or security breach.
- We reserve the right to suspend or reclaim accounts that impersonate others or violate intellectual property rights.
3. Acceptable Use Policy & Community Guidelines
You agree not to engage in any activity that compromises the safety, integrity, or availability of the platform. Prohibited behaviors include:
- Harmful or Illegal Content: Uploading or transmitting material that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, sexually explicit, abusive, or inciting hatred or violence.
- Exploitation & Hacking: Attempting to probe, scan, or breach system vulnerabilities, reverse engineer compiled bundles, or circumvent authentication controls.
- Disruption & Scraping: Deploying abusive web spiders, scrapers, or excessive automated requests that degrade server performance or disrupt other users.
- Phishing & Fraud: Creating deceptive landing pages or communications intended to steal passwords, financial information, or personal identities.
4. AI Creative Tools Acceptable Conduct
Our AI features—including LogoSpark AI, Lyric Scribe, and TTS Studio—are designed for creative experimentation and productivity. You agree to use these tools ethically and responsibly:
AI Generation Rules:
- Do not submit prompts aimed at generating hate speech, child sexual abuse material (CSAM), non-consensual deepfakes, or instructions for hazardous weapons.
- Do not use AI features to mass-generate spam, disinformation, or deceptive political influence campaigns.
- Accounts identified abusing AI endpoints with malicious prompts will face immediate permanent revocation without warning.
5. Multi-Tenant Subdomains & Custom Site Builder
Users may build and publish dynamic websites rendered under custom subdomains (*.borgov.dev and *.cspack.online).
You retain responsibility for all text, images, scripts, and embedded elements published on your subdomains. Dimitar Borgov Service Solutions reserves the absolute authority to unpublish any site, freeze subdomain routing, or reclaim subdomains containing deceptive branding, trademark infringements, or malicious redirects.
6. Virtual Points Economy
Points are a platform-specific gamification mechanism and virtual token. By participating in the virtual economy, you acknowledge and agree that:
- No Real-World Cash Value: Points possess zero legal tender value, are not legal currency, and cannot be redeemed, exchanged, or refunded for fiat money.
- In-Platform Utility: Points may be utilized exclusively to unlock in-app badges, cosmetics, virtual perks, and community features.
- Transfer Limits: Points, claim tokens, and pay links may not be brokered, sold, or auctioned outside official platform features.
- Platform Authority: We reserve the right to modify point values, expire inactive claim tokens, adjust balances due to software errors, or reset balances in cases of fraudulent activity.
7. Intellectual Property & Ownership
Your Content: You retain ownership of the original text, logos, artwork, videos, and media you upload or construct. By submitting content to public feeds, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute that content across our network for platform operation.
Platform Property & Developer IP: The DBorgov Dev interface, source code, systems architecture, graphics, branding, sound effects, and backend systems are the exclusive intellectual property of Dimitar Borgov Service Solutions. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or redistribute our platform code, APIs, or infrastructure configurations without explicit written permission.
8. Infrastructure Management, Availability & Developer Authority
As the lead developers and system administrators of DBorgov Dev, Dimitar Borgov Service Solutions actively provisions, operates, and maintains the platform's distributed infrastructure stack—including reverse proxies, edge tunnels, media servers (Borgov Radio, Borgov Videos), cloud storage vaults (Borgov Cloud), API gateways, and databases.
Developer Infrastructure Rights:
- Maintenance & Upgrades: We reserve the right to conduct scheduled and emergency maintenance, deploy architectural updates, and migrate database backends to ensure platform resilience.
- Security & Traffic Control: We actively monitor network telemetry and reserve the right to throttle abusive bandwidth, enforce compute and storage quotas, block malicious IP ranges, and mitigate denial-of-service attempts.
- Service Modifications: We may introduce, refine, or deprecate sub-features or tools with reasonable notice to maintain system performance and security.
9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, DIMITAR BORGOV SERVICE SOLUTIONS, DBORGOV DEV, AND ITS DEVELOPERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, SERVICE INTERRUPTIONS, OR HARDWARE FAILURE RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF THE SERVICES.
10. Termination & Account Suspension
We may suspend or permanently terminate your account and access to the Services immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms, harms our users or infrastructure, or infringes on third-party legal rights.
You may terminate your agreement with us at any time by requesting account deletion through our support desk.
