We store user-generated content including custom websites crafted within our Site Builder, support tickets, public blog posts, video comments, and creative media. Images uploaded through image hosting tools are stored via secure cloud storage or integrated providers like Imgur.
Virtual Economy & Points Balance
We maintain a record of platform points balances, reward claim tokens, pay tokens, and virtual redemption activity. Points are entirely non-monetary virtual utility tokens; we do not store credit card numbers or process direct fiat payment information on our primary servers.
Automated Technical & Diagnostic Data
Our servers automatically capture standard diagnostic metadata including IP addresses, browser types, device fingerprints, operating system versions, referring URLs, and error traces to protect infrastructure against malicious activity and ensure high availability.

When you publish a website using our Site Builder (/builder), the rendered site is publicly accessible on its designated subdomain.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that content published on your custom subdomain complies with our acceptable use policy. Sites engaging in phishing, credential harvesting, malware distribution, or unauthorized collection of third-party personal data will be terminated immediately.

9. Data Security & Retention

We retain personal information for the duration of your active account. If an account is deleted, personal data is scrubbed from active databases within 30 days, retaining only anonymized telemetry where required for legal and tax compliance.
